Aw, thanks Shoshy. I took the pic. It was a very restful day. I do wish I had a duck's life sometimes: just being. :)
I often wonder if the birds even realize how wonderful it is to fly.

Hi, I have often lurked here, from the time when you had that blurred pic of you. Then you left a comment over at my post and so I am forced out of lurkdom - maybe not a bad thing after all. Sorry it took me a while, had exams.
There is so much abt Judaism I'll never be able to grasp and that reminds me of so many things I dislike abt Catholicism. Just now I read an entry on if and why reading HP should be allowed. Harry Potter! That wanton book of evil as we all know.
Sometimes I feel we don't worship idols - nor do we need to, there are a few people who sagely take their place. And you were right, even if in a different context, ALL Jews suffer. We are as petty as everyone else - humbling, sobering and profoundoly disturbing as well. Oh I did so want us to be special! ;)
